Hotel Filmar - Torun

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Museum of Torun Gingerbread. the breakfast was delicious and fantastic, and I appreciated the chef preparing scrambled eggs to individual orders. the staff were extremely helpful.

Great for kids. Comfortable and clean but nothing for them to break or damage! Polite, helpful staff - apart from breakfast, but it was early!

hard bed - terrible night's sleep. More toiletries would be good - moisturiser, shower cap etc

Spent a night at the Filmar initially attracted by the price. Surprised by the quality of the accomodation - very high standard. Food lovely and set in a nice location albeit about a mile from the old town. Room was clean and pleasing. All round very nice hotel which I would happily recommend.

Big, modern and clean rooms. Great breakfast. All requests were met, friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend.

The staff was perfect and informative. the hotel was in a marvelous and handy location, close to the fantastic old town area of Torun. - It was just next door to Torun bus station, making it easy to walk to the train station, city center, and the river.

The location, the price, the confort, the breakfast....all was ok

Variety of excellent and absolutely superb breakfast options. Very good and kind staff and quick to respond. Reasonably spacious and absolutely spotless rooms in a magnificent location, just next door to beautyful Torun, and the tourist centre.

the service was exceptional. We had an airy room with a comfy bed. 3. Extras like a mini-bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe were appreciated. 4. the location for Torun was handy and magnificent, near restaurants, the Gingerbread Museum, and the old town.

breakfast was good,nice and service minded staff.Parking cheap and safe just around the corner.

There is no smokingrooms wich means people smoke in the bathrooms smells really bad,one side of hotel rooms is located ower a very noisy ventilation system,not possible to open the windows.There is no minibar in rooms dosent fit to a 4 star hotel.

The bed in the apartment was very clean and comfortable. the central heating was very effective. - the apartment had a convenient work desk and coffee and tea making facilities. - the staff at the hotel were competent and helpful. - the location was comfortable, being close to the center of the old town.

The hotel did not receive my reservations through Booked.net and the initial process was a bit tedious. The hotel was not located conveniently as close to town as I would have liked.
